Candylab ROADWORKS

Beautifully-designed, two-lane, flexible, modular road building playsets, complete with jumps, turns and lots of new cars.

We designed for speed, but thoughtfully so: the modular build-kit route encourages experimentation and early physics discovery, like a STEM kit which uses diecast cars.

We created beautifully illustrated, removable barriers for high speed corners to control wipeouts. Our paper protractor and measuring paper tools will start some early conversations about downhill force, acceleration and inertia - children's curiosity is endless when it comes to play.

Three years in development, the CANDYCAR ROADWORKS system is the first-ever two-lane modular toy track designed for the 1:64 model world and powered purely by gravity. Generously sized to accommodate most die-cast cars, the Roads system allows children to build endlessly expanding layouts with smooth play flow and a premium, design-driven aesthetic.
