Innovative and forward thinking sustainable wooden toy manufacturer PlanToys continues to innovative and gain traction in the UK & EIRE markets. All the PlanToys products are produced from high quality, tactile rubberwood and finished with organic colouring. PlanToys attention to detail, social and this sustainable ethos shines through. A new pastel colour-way has been introduced as these gentle colours help to sooth children whilst playing. PlanToys aim is to encourage the freedom of play and proximity to nature to children during their first 5 years of development. Makii (derived from the verb ‘make’) was founded in 2013 by illustrators Idris van Heffen and Mielo Pouwer from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. By bundling their talents together, they saw a great opportunity to create innovatory and creative products for kids. They were picked up by lots of media, had their first international orders and started Makii Studio: making customized products for partners such as Rijksmuseum, HEMA (largest retail chain in the Netherlands), London Transport Museum and lots of other great companies. The beautifully designed themes cross over the entire range, featuring Cityscapes, Under Water Adventures, Jungles Scenes and more! MOLUK is a family business founded in 2011 by Alex Hochstrasser, the designer and inventor of Bilibo, and his sister Doris Hochstrasser, an architect. Driven by a passion for great design, MOLUK strives to create innovative, sustainable products that don't just entertain kids on a superficial level, but invite real interaction.
